This Privacy Notice explains how Flowae collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our app. Flowae is a learning note organization tool that helps you turn photos of whiteboards, handwritten notes, and printed study materials into structured digital notes. We are committed to data minimization, transparency, and privacy by design.
By using Flowae, you understand that some information is processed to provide the app’s core features, including note analysis, history storage, exports, and in-app purchases. We do not sell user data, and we do not use user content for advertising, profiling, or third-party AI training.
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the app and meet legal or operational requirements.
Flowae does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or biometric analysis. We do not create or store face templates, facial embeddings, or any similar biometric identifiers. If any image submitted by you contains a face or other biometric information, it is not used for biometric purposes and is deleted after processing.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege administration, secure server configurations, and monitoring for suspicious activity.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. However, we continuously work to improve our protections and limit the data we keep.

Flowae collects only the information needed to provide core functionality.

Flowae is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we become aware that a child under 17 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. AI processing in Flowae is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. We do not use third-party AI services to process user data. Uploaded images are processed only to generate note structure, scene analysis, and related app output, and the processing data is deleted after completion.
We do not use user content for model training, model fine-tuning, or model optimization. We do not retain uploaded content beyond what is necessary to complete the requested analysis and present the result to you.
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We do not share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party. Any third-party services we use are limited to infrastructure functions such as cloud hosting, storage, or basic server operations, and they act solely on our behalf and under our instructions.
These service providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect data security and are not permitted to use user data for their own purposes. They may not use user data for advertising, profiling, AI training, model improvement, redistribution, or independent access to user content. They only process data as necessary to provide the infrastructure required for Flowae to operate.
We use information only to provide and maintain Flowae, including note analysis, history storage, export functions, account-free app operation, diagnostics, and customer support. We do not use user information for advertising, profiling, data sales, or AI training. We also do not use user content to train or improve third-party or internal AI models beyond completing the immediate user request.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Flowae, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and agree to its terms. If you do not agree with this policy, you should not use the app. Where required by law, your use of the app and the permissions you grant may serve as your consent for the related data processing described here.
